Minecraft is honestly one of the best examples of how to keep a game alive. Most dev teams drop the ball after a few years, but Mojang has been adding new content without losing the game's original charm. I used to play Minecraft when I was in 9th grade and then left it and came back to started playing again and so much has changed but it's still the same familiar Minecraft

If you want to know how to keep a 10+ year old game thriving, just study Minecraft

The Caves Cliffs, Nether Update and the Trails & Tales didn't just add fluff, they completely changed how people play while still feeling like "classic Minecraft." The new biomes, mobs, archeology system, cherry blossom forests... they keep the world feeling fresh. Minecraft was among the first games to implement Ray Tracing too(even though I think it's scam) but damn mojang. I tip my hat.
There's a new update that will be announced today at 1 pm EST.

Kinda unrelated but I remember there were some posts complaining about some video games UI and function and shit, and the Seethers obviously blamed South Asians for that, but what do ya know the team was all Swedish.

It's funny how they could dish out updates 10x more frequently with twice as much content cuz it's like the biggest and most sold game oat but then it would become over saturated and die out in a few years

Rainbow six siege is better

I wish halo got the same level of treatment minecraft got
