This isn’t that good of an idea after al let me explain:

1 Entertainment by building
You have a lot recourses and blocks you can use to build yourself a lot of cool stuff, seems fun right? Wrong it’s gonna be fun when you build everything for the first time but after a couple of years you end up not being able to come up with new build and you will just keep walking and relaxing what will get boring real quick

2 Entertainment by mobs
Assuming ur just playing on a survival server there will be mobs, friendly mobs and dangerous mobs that i will get to later but when u start socialising with these friendly mobs you will get to understand that they have no feelings and you can’t build a good relationship with them so you will feel very lonely and will get depressed because you have close to 0 relationships in your life and will feel like your alone in a really big world.

3 Dangers of respawn
You can’t die. Yes you heard it right invincibility at first it might sound cool and fun but after your more then 100/200 years alive you get sick of it you will keep respawning if you just slept through the night and died by a zombie you will just pop back up in your bed and if you destroy the bed you will just spawn back at spawn point. So that’s gonna be boring after you’ve seen all that the world got to offer

4 Dangerous Mobs
Being in a world with spiders twice as big as your head must suck also a zombie apocalypse every night that you will need to survive and more weird mobs like a giant fireball spitting ghost that you will never see in real life and they will scare the fuck out of you

5 Hunger
You will constantly need to eat to stop yourself from starving that’s just annoying as fuck because you can’t water fast in Minecraft for 2 days if you do that you will just slowly and painfully die and then respawn but you just felt all that pain

6 Fall damage you will be able to die from fall damage or stuff like that and feel the pain or get scared to death by falling such heights and then wake up at your last spawn point like it was a scary dream

7 The Nether
Most scary shit ever. 1 The sound effects.
2 The mobs, fire ball spitting giant crying ghosts, super tall black skeletons slicing u to death, fucking half alive standing like human pigs.
4 Lava, the risk of getting fucking burned alive in lava

I have no idea why i even put time in this but if you want to live in a Minecraft world just make sure to put it on hardcore mode ensuring you have a way out when you get bored of it all
