ye ik im gonna get fucking brutally raped in the replies but i genuienly dgaf, this is my post showing what im doing rn to improve my looks even if it prob doesnt do fucking shi other than raping my self-esteem and making me an incel, but lets dive into it:
yea so my routine starts with brushing my teeth w/soft teeth toothbrush + whitening toothpaste, then tongue scraper after (plastic cheap one lmao) gon switch to a better oral hygiene like: electrical toothbrush+whitening toothpaste, metal tongue scraper, xylitol mouthwash, 10% hydrogen peroxide whitening strips 2x/week, water flosser, fucking mint gum. ok then for skincare its decently good: im using ice roller 1-2min am/pm, then take notes: teenderm anti-acne cleanser, acneout moisturizer w/ spf 30, azelaic acid 20% (skinoren) this shit does miracles, its like an anti-acne cream but also like a bb cream at same time. bpo 5% for spot treatments, green argile clay mask 1x/week. for lips: scrubing w/ toothbrush, ha serum, moisturizer, cicaplast la roche la posay b5 barrier cream, thick vaseline. for under eyes: azelaic acid 20% + vit c 10% laa serum. sclera brightening drops 2x/day. brows/lashes: mascara jfl. for hair sea salt spray but i need a cut asap cuz my hair genuienly looks like pubes (2c struggles) chin tucks+neck workout also (hope its not fucking cope but my gp wide open so it might do at least something) thoughts on this bullshit be brutally real pls:feelswat::feelswat:

idk i just have very good genetic ability to mantain myself at low bf%? i am like 10-12% bf year-wise while eating like an obese fuck i just looked way better at 8% and i was at like 2500kcal/day then and all micronutrients optimized so it jst seems like a free win
