Why do we rot as men?
Because we want freedom from everything
We want peace
We want tranquillity
We want to blast away the minutiae and stupid details of the material realm
We want to escape from the stresses of our lives
So we zone out
We derp out
We pretend shit doesn’t exist, we pretend the outside world doesn’t exist. We rot
We beat our dicks to oblivion with 1000s of pictures, because it gives us blankness in our minds, we are able to escape our mind and our problems for that time
We rot on this forum
We rot on social media or video games
The male desire to rot is noble, it’s spiritual.
But because we don’t understand the spiritual desire or principle behind it, we do it in a way that is detrimental to ourselves.
The following spiritual principle will set you free if you understand it.
“You don’t exist. Nothing exists. Just the goal exists”.
Whatever you want to do- lift weights, earn money, try and fuck a bitch on tinder.
Implement this

Forget about yourself. Forget about your life situation and everything surrounding it.
Forget about obstacles, forget about past failures, forget about others.
Just the goal you’re trying to get exists. You don’t even exist
And just DO.
When you do this, you will feel the same bliss of rotting,
But you will be doing. You will be DOING in the moment. And in the moment the pain can only be limited.
People get inertia and afraid of taking action when they think about all the shit they attach to it.
Results, comparison, expectation etc.
Then they say ‘oh fuck it’, and rot.
All you have to do is internalise this internal principle
