Why the fuck literally no decent result for this operation ? Why chin osteotomy is so hard to get more width ?

I only need width, not vertical or anterior projection. My bite is aligned and my IMW is 43mm. So i don't want to mess up my bite.

Your soft tissues can only be stretched so much. It is possible to repeat halve a year later when soft tissues adapted.

It pains me to say the word chin implant.

But a customized chin implant will give you that.

Because this is not aesthetic usually. A scultped jaw angle gives more prejection at the lower border where the new ramus contour is scooped out for the masseter muscle to fall into. Only a custom implant will do this nicely
