Minimizing bac water during reconstitution for more hgh per ml

Is it chill if instead of reconstituting my lyphodized powder with 3 ml like the instructions say i do like 1-1.5 ml so i can get a higher dose of hgh without injecting a buncha water? All tips appreciated thanks bros

You can, just make sure to calculate the dose properly, and know it might be a little harder to draw out
