When you're a teenager whose a 4 or 5 (or whatever), you think oh its over, i wont ascend by more than a .5 and yea i should just become an incel and rot, no girl will ever love me. Then this proceeds till their adult years, which instead of looking their best, theyre too busy living the "rotting" life, which will only make them look worse and worse, hiding their true potential. They look at attractive people and say, "Oh he was genetically blessed he never needed to hardmaxx" when they never put any effort.

Part 1: Explaining how small changes make big differences

So what do I mean by "small changes"

And no im not talking about a rhino or double jaw or matter of fact any surgery

Changes in the way you eat, how much you sleep, being in good shape, trying new products for your face (ex: hydrocortisone, accutane, salicylic acid etc you get my point)

And yes these small changes can make big differences
