Miniturized hairs all over scalp

What is causing this.

When I pull hairs from my head I often get thin wispy short hairs.
This is occuring evenly across my head, so I its 99% not androgenic alopecia (fin is on its way JIC)

Most worried this is something like Dupa (very rare but incurable), but Im hoping its a deficiency or hormones out of wack

Dht wouldnt affect the donor areas equally to the top.

i can guarantee you u will be fine after 6 months of fin
