minox and latisse recommendation

what's the cheapest latisse for lashes can i get that will give results
same question for minox, probably gonna go for topical, but oral is fine (also how does oral minox go in combo with rad140 i need to know if it's going to be bad)

I would not be putting liquid minox on eyelashes
It would irritate eyes badly
