Minox + dermaroll/pen hairline to lower it?

I have a bit of a higher hairline that receded (not balding) during begin of puberty.
Nothing too bad. It also hasn’t got worse.

But my question is if could maybe lower the hairline a bit again how it was before. For example by dermarolling or using a dermapen on it then applying topical minoxidi plus some other things like: castor oil, nizoral and rosemary oil etc.

Has anyone else successfully tried this?
Or should I better just save up for a small hair transplant or hairline lowering?
It’s not that apparent when I grow my hair out and cover it, but it still bothers me.
