Minox doesn’t age skin

I have been scrolling through the minox beards and I have concluded that it in fact does not age you, sometimes their skin looks better and sometimes worse which probably has nothing to do with Minox

once you do minox you have to keep doing it basically forever right? otherwise you lose the progress and shed even more hair.
