I tried foam minox for a few weeks to try and thicken my beard. It wrecked my skin worse than anything else I've experienced. When I switched to the liquid, those symptoms went away. Others have reported the same experiences.

I thought it was the opposite ? Liquid was much worse for skin due to the carrier. I’ve been using foam with no issues

I don't know of the scientific explanation. Some people (like myself) have had really bad reactions from the foam. Some don't have those reactions.
