minox induced dark circles wont go away

prob cuz i started using topical minox on my lashes again
they arent even dark they look bluish, mirin under eye vascularity
all oral gains are completely gone too, looks worse than before i started
is there no fuckikng legit eyelashmaxxing method wo these sides

i just had some redness from topical on lashes, used it for 4 months
after oral I got proper dark circles and even eye bags

redness from topical was probably from dry skin irritation as im on accutane too, used it before moisturizing
