Minoxidil alternatives?

Just found out that I am actually NW0 (I thought I was NW1), and my hair is only thinning (mostly at hairline) and I need a stimulant like minoxidil instead of a transplant.

Are there any other good stimulants like minoxidil or is this the holy grail currently?
