Minoxidil and androgen receptors

I have a question for all the high iq people on here i am thinking of doing minoxidil for hair growth, eyebrows and lashes but i have done some research and i would out that minoxidil might have a negative effect on the androgen receptors do anyone have any experience with minoxidil and does it have a significant effect?

Why tf would you use minoxidil when that plummets testosterone levels, reduces libido and potential bone growth and overall halts puberty?
