Saturate the end of a qtip until it's about to drop off and apply to eyebrow repeat 2-3 times than your eyebrows should be completely covered. Leave on at least 2 hour wipe clean when dried and turning white on skin. Do this twice a day and I don't recommend sleeping with it on your eyebrows you could get contact dermatitis aka dandruff on your eyebrows
