Minoxidil + finasteride

Is it okay to to take topical Minoxidil without finestride cuz idt my mom would allow me to get a prescription for finestride
Mostly wanna use it for my eyebrows and maybe head hair too

also you could just get finasteride online you won’t need a prescription
