if you wanna grow your lashes and brows and are using topical minoxidil you dont need to worry about applying it on both your brows and lashes
you can just apply to brows and lashes will grow too
my lashes have definitely grown from applying to brows because now they curl up past my hooding and are visible

How did it rape ur under eyes then? Im using very slight amount with q tip and it isn’t supposed go systemically enough to cause those issues

Idk bro but I used it multiple times too to confirm it was minox
I could skip sleep on amphetamine and have better undereyes compared to when I’m on minox

It does matter hella. I use tiny amount of minoxidil with a q tip on my brows. How is it even comparable to taking an oral pill
