Minoxidil really works. I also used it myself, unfortunately though, it destroyed my skin and also my eye area to a certain degree. Also my body has become more weak and my bones creak easily. I have most likely an issue with collagen now. Did you experience any side-ffects so far?
Same side effects here. That's crazy how much this sides are overlooked. When I started to use it so much people commented that i looked tired and doctor thought I had a diagnosis because of hypotension.
But I continue to use it, since it's filling my beard like nothing else.
Basically all the sides are caused by hypotension (and probably alcohol), which is a really bad thing.
To avoid them, I do :
- Apply 0.5ml once/day (sometimes 2x0.5ml). Maybe the results won't come as fast but I feel like it's going great. 2ml/day is way too much, for me at least.
- Eat salt. Known to cause hypertension. For healthy sources, enjoy bacon, seafruits.
- Keeping skin healthy/hydrated + sunscreen.
- Sports. I don't know if it really helps with hypotension, but I'm feeling less and less dizzy everytime.
- Cold af shower to increase blood circulation on the face.
- NoFap to an extent. I believe it helps raising your energy.
- Break for 2/3 days when I feel weak.
I'm sharing this so people can see you don't have to follow the instructions religiously to see results.
I suppose and hope the body develop tolerance overtime, and it seems that everybody reacts differently, but I think that doing it very long term, or forever would be bad for anybody. If your balding, stop the cope. Get your plane to Turkey asap.
