Minoxidil non-responders?

Anyone have advice for a minoxidil non-responder? Been using for over a year on eyebrows and 3 months on beard and absolutely 0 results. I've heard tretinoin helps absorption. Anyone else have a solution?

Don’t just stick to minox. Try castor oil + jojoba oil + peppermint oil as well and try a dermaroller.

I tried castor oil mixed with peppermint oil for a few months and no luck.

I haven't tried dermaroller. I don't understand how it would help with hair growth though?

I can’t remember how it works, but it has something to do with inducing blood flow or some shit. Be careful if you use it though, it can be irritating especially close to bone.

When you dermaroll you create wounds and then applying things it goes in the blood so more systemic absorption (so works more)

derma roller is important. dont ask questions. do it.

Try a dermaroller it’s been proven to improve hair regrowth by 400% ie... 4x’s than Minox only. And In your case can help you respond to it 4x’s.

and if you still aren’t responding. You probably just don’t have the beard genetics. Just swallow the pill then. Beard transplant is always an option

It's an enzyme solution, and it's mixed with minoxidil to increase effect. You won't get it anywhere, and it's more expensive than HGH

I saw some studies with it, seems legit. It's not out yet but maybe a manufacturer is selling a generic or something.

I already have dark brown/black eyebrows. I tried dyeing them a few weeks ago and they looked exactly the same. More of a density issue as opposed to color.

It's that bad.

Height doesn't matter that much tbh from my own life experience. Haven't felt any effects from it IRL.

Honestly, it’s not going to get better.

I think it was Schopenhauer that said when a man’s circumstances become too much for him, he has the right to his own life. - I’m not advocating this, but when I was younger I used to think about it and the nature of how things are when it comes to people and reality.

I despise all the platitudes that I see everywhere - they hurt more than anything, because they give us hope which the world then proceeds to shatter.

My advice - One problem people like us face is loneliness and bullying. Master loneliness - it’s a place of beautiful insight and meaning. You might never find love and if you do, don’t count on that lasting very long (if you are as ugly as I am). Have fun because you really have so little to lose. And tell yourself that everything that you’ve gone through makes you stronger - if only to yourself. You are a unique perspective to this world, not many people get to see how shallow we all are.

Maybe there is some poetic value, or maybe some philosophical or artistic value. I like to believe there is.. It’s a hard life.

Force yourself to find happiness and love in yourself or kill yourself..

Both options are beautiful.

[Again I’m not advocating suicide, I’ve just thought about it with varying frequencies and intensities, and see nothing wrong in it. My circumstances perhaps.]

I'm a non-responder, tried minoxidil for months and it did nothing but really dry the skin. I had some gains with peppermint oil tho.
