Been using it topically for 3 months now, even upped the dose, still not a single result

Is that normal? Is there something I can do to speed up the process?

you can apply tretinoin or dermaroll the area where you're using minoxidil, or u are just unreceptive

minoxidil only works if you have a basis, I tried it too and I don't think I'll grow a beard or any facial hair anytime soon ( only stache and it's the case for other family members )

I do have the base tho, I mainly use it to try and thicken eyebrows but it didn't do shit either

tretinoin increases skin cell turnover and exfoliation which in turn makes minoxidil penetrate deeper into the skin, literally the same as dermarolling

You may be a non-responder. It's not that uncommon. It's depend on high levels of sulfotransferase enzymes to work.
