means if only do it on eyebrows my collagen in the chin for example will stay the same right?

I use tiny bit of minox on eyebrows, 2ml castor oil oral, as well as some applied to eye area, retin A which helps the effectiveness of the minox & helps with collagen, dermaroller

it’s dose dependent & not likely to be systemic if applying to small area like eyebrow.
