Minoxidil or Peppermint Oil for Eyebrows

As a victim of high set eyebrows I’m looking for methods to lower them. My solution would be mixing peppermint oil with a carrier oil OR straight up applying minoxidil

put the peppermint oil in castor oil. You're not supposed to put peppermint oil on directly, you need to dilute it, which castor oil can do
