Minoxidil question

If i take minoxidil orally or topical just for my eyebrows and eyelashes when i stop using it will all the hair gains go away? I dont get it. Or i should use it forever?..

For eyebrows and facial hair there is a possiblity that they go terminal and stay forever, but thats a possibitly and it takes over a year of use

I use topical everyday when washing my face (after obvs) but u get used to it its like brushing ur teeth
