absoloutely take both if you want growth everywhere, especially if your eyelashes are short. oral will literally save them. 6 months in i get complimented so much about how much my lashes have grown from family and friends bro.

yaeh for lashes oral is good, otherwise if only doing for eyebrows then topical is better

you can also just use minoxidil topically on eyelashes
