Beside some dead skin im not experiencing anyting else.

I red that hairs should come off for the first period; does it means is not working properly on me?

Wtf? Anyway, you will shed (lose and regain the hairs, but they will be stronger/thicker and better when they come back) after a certain period of time. And shedding is a good thing for the reasons I put above.
