Beside some dead skin im not experiencing anyting else.

I red that hairs should come off for the first period; does it means is not working properly on me?

Wtf? Anyway, you will shed (lose and regain the hairs, but they will be stronger/thicker and better when they come back) after a certain period of time. And shedding is a good thing for the reasons I put above.

You'll experience a shedding that can last up to several weeks, this is perfectly normal as old (telogen) hairs are pushed out by new (anagen) hairs due to the reset of your hair growth cycle.
