minoxidil to improve temporal peaks, eyebrows and even out hairline??

Could i use minox (and would cheap minoxidil, around 20$, not the rogaine stuff) help improve my temporal peaks and even out my hairline ?
( slight natural widow peaks)

If you have hair follicles in the area you're applying minoxidil, then yes
