I don't see the problem with doing it; I'm doing it all the time in fact.

Just put one drop Minoxidil liquid on index finger, and rub eyelashes, from inside out, with index and middle finger.

Never got it in my eyes that way

can you keep us uptaded on that ? i'm only afraid of minox making the eyelashes dependant on the drug ( in the same ways it does to hair or eyebros hair) making us loose even more ground if you decide to stop
