minoxidil+castor oil

oral and topical minoxidil have similar bioavailabilty

use latisse for eyelashes

i heard foam is only suitable for sensitive skin. Never put minox on eyelashes, it's dangerous for eyes in long-term. Use castor oil+argan oil+green tea extract.
