I mean i think that’s just because it would be so hard to apply to the root of your eyelashes without getting it in your eyes.

Heard some people say that even just by putting it on your brows, some of it will grow your lashes aswell, but google says that’s false. So i don’t fucking know anymore

Minoxidil is known to give eye bags when used near eyes, because it increases blood flow and causes fluid retention, I used it on my eye brows and after a week I had the worst eye bags oat.

Should be applied carefully on a micro-dosage with a mascara wand on the upper skin of the lashes and not under to avoid a contact with eyes

for some it does for some it doesent. My friend uses a lot of it for his hair and eye brows and his went away after a bit, I just quit minoxidil after a bit.
