What's the best source for topical minox. and is it cope for eyebrows?

probably the pharmacy? it worked on my eyebrows but i didnt need much hair, it just filled in small patches for me

your local pharmacy or amazon, and it is not cope genuinely a game changer for eyebrows, not for hair
