I have a few questions about minoxidil:

1) I bought Minoxidil Forte 5% and I want to apply it to my eyebrows. Do I need to cleanse my skin and apply moisturizer before applying it to my eyebrows? Can I apply it to my eyebrows using a cotton pad?

2) I've read in many places that applying minoxidil to eyelashes is wrong. If I apply it to my eyelashes, will it make them thicker, or is there a risk of blindness?

3) If I apply minoxidil to my eyebrows, will it also affect my eyelashes? Will it cause them to grow or become thicker?

I would appreciate your answers.

if you want eyelashes i'd just use oral

no need to clean them, just apply with qtip or spoolie 2x day and add oral minox for lashes and more eyebrow growth

Clean the face before and use some cream like moisture or smth after that pick up your derma roller and roll it on your eyebrows for 30s
