in my experience i could take 2.5mg's with 0 bloat peak cut (spammed reta, wouldnt eat or drink for days which is probably why)is there certain dosages that wont bloat u or do all of them do that?
the second I started eating again i would bloat like a balloon even on 1.25mgs (~maintainence cals)
not worth it imo
