I would say oral for overall hair growth, for me i didnt have problems with hair loss but it did help me growth my brows and lashes. How bad is the thinning?

Not even terrible I just want to control it before it gets bad, my edges r receding a fair amount too

most likely oral for this one. do some research but i wish you the best.

If you are trying to grow hair in smaller places def topical.
