Minoxodil on eyelashes

I know this might sound dumb because the minoxodil can damage eyes or whatever but google is obviously gonna not recommend it but i wanna hear your opinions. Would minoxodil on your eyelashes work? Is it worth it or not

which one of those are the most effective? I live in norway and i need a prescription for both of those where can i find them prescription free?
