I am seriously considering using minox to thicken my facial hair so I can get a better-looking stubble or even beard-max in the future. But there's some concerns online that a possible side-effect is skin-aging.

Anyone has info on this? Is it something to be cautious of?

You can pick up a new sport to prevent your brain from aging tho

I recommend running

supposedly you can use it for 1-2 years and then stop and still maintain most of your gains.

you can look at results of redditors who post their face and compare their before / after to tell whether their skin aged or not

btw i saw your thread about your ascension , can you please send me your before picture ?

Just went through 20 before/afters and noticed skin-aging in 3 of them. But it makes sense if theres a 2 year time-difference between before/after to see some difference. But I guess it's hit or miss.

Some people get shit aging, others it doesn't matter. If I notice it I'll just stop I guess.

But wondering if there's more experiences and ways to prevent it.
