Mirco Raffaini vs Paul Coceancig: Which one mogs?

Title. Money is not an issue. I'm honestly torn since both surgeons achieve great results. I slightly prefer Raffaini as he also does soft tissue contouring, fat grafts, and rhinoplasties. But consulting w/ him is a bitch since you must travel to his office in Parma, Italy. Coceancig's consultation process is more streamlined as he does it over Zoom. The thing is, he doesn't offer as wide of a range of surgeries like Raffaini. It seems he mainly sticks to Bimax + IMDO, but he gets damn good results, too. Also, Dr. Alfi is an honorable mention as he's in my network and gets decent - good results.

yes, but also in the before and after the lighting and hair is the complete same, raffaini isnt frauding but hes not showing the before and after as well

Ikr? Thankfully, I was blessed with a good gonial angle (120 -130 degrees) + good bigonial width. My biggest failos are mild NCT (likely due to mid af cheekbones), jew nose, a slightly long midface, and a mild deep bite. Thankfully Bimax will fix 3/4 of these issues

No idea. Definitely isn't frauded tho since he has many similar results on his Instagram. Maybe he does a chin wing-esque cut for his BSSOs?

Raffaini is conservative? I thought he also did big movements like Coceancig. As for his rhinos, I'm not sure I agree since he gets good results. Though to be fair, most of his dramatic transformations are of women, not men

he told me in pm hes conservative. his results wont be as good as somebody who only does rhino.
