No, for every ethnicity the ceiling is 175 because that is the limit at which IQ tests can reliably tell you apart from someone who has 160. Beyond this, it entirely breaks down and you cant have statistical inference. An IQ test cannot simply give anything above that because it cant give a discernible difference between someone who is 200 and someone who is 250

Except, the design literally cant tell you that. At some point, the difference is so miniscule and the sample is so small you cant tell the difference between someone higher than that. Thats not the case with height because you can see it with your eyes. You cant see IQ
