I wasn't vegan, but plant based yeah. I don't have ed problems, i can get a hard long lasting erection and cum, it's just that i don't have a libido so need to force it

but zinc in isolation sucks as it depletes copper

but oysters are the perfect food for this since they have copper too

I meant flow as in.....10 eggs and oysters

less yummy

Yeah, also OP should have ate the egg yolks raw, i think that heat oxidizes it and it doesn't have any of the hormonal benefits that are commonly talked about. I could be wrong tho, haven't read many studies on this
