I love going from the cold water in the pool straight into the hot water in jacuzzi and after i sit there like a vegetable for a couple minutes back into the cold pool water, and then back into the jacuzzi. It's like a less extreme version of Russian winter banya (too bad there's no true winter here in south florida )
