I'm just starting out gymmaxxig. but I'm old, and I am carefull about not injuring myself.

I strated as skinny (low muscle mass), with like 18% bf ors.
I first started with like 2-3 months, to just learn gym excercise, add strength, and learn form, etc.. so i can actually do some gymmaxxing later without getting injured.

Now this month. I started with a program. To train 4x per week. And I am going now in calaries surpluss, to gain muscle mass. Food is pretty brutals, but I have to. I track muh food and drinks.

no, i have no idea whim are the gymmaxxers here. Because I am never been one, so i know limited about it.

But I'm gonna make it brah. Zyzz is legend. It's brutas though, I will do the rest of this year natty, to see what happens.

I don't dislike excerise, so that's okay. The food part, is most difficult for me. I don't like to eat much.

yeah i struggle too, my best advice is eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals

@Blackgymmax In the tank top pic he looks massive for some reason. You gotta admit this is a very impressive result although 11 months is a long time. I would say if he only ran 500 or less test this is impressive.

nigga ive seen people who never lifted in their lives, who were naturally jacked, lift for a year, take roids and get near chris bumstead level within a year. This shit is mediocre shit you see from any hard worker on roids. its just that most gear users are shit heads who cant diet right. His results are something even you can get EASILY with hard work. If you arent looking like this within a year, youre doing everything wrong

So you’re telling me that Zyzz physique should be achievable within a year? He took 5 cycles to get there but prob shitty diet and partied a lot haha.

The easiest tell for roids use is overdeveloped delts, roid shoulders are so obvious and don’t even look good. You ruin your skin quality and other health issues that come from running roids only to look like fucking Shrek. Women don’t even find the roids look attractive. Two years of natty training and you’re at the peak of what women find hot, body wise.

With Natty, I mean only using proteins, creatine, pre workout. Aka, no sarms, no trt, no roids, etc .

Couple this with well-fitted clothing and a sense of style and you are as close to a walking god as a man can get.

I got the 6'2 down. But lack the muscles mass.
