I strated as skinny (low muscle mass), with like 18% bf ors.
I first started with like 2-3 months, to just learn gym excercise, add strength, and learn form, etc.. so i can actually do some gymmaxxing later without getting injured.
Now this month. I started with a program. To train 4x per week. And I am going now in calaries surpluss, to gain muscle mass. Food is pretty brutals, but I have to. I track muh food and drinks.

The easiest tell for roids use is overdeveloped delts, roid shoulders are so obvious and don’t even look good. You ruin your skin quality and other health issues that come from running roids only to look like fucking Shrek. Women don’t even find the roids look attractive.
