Women are NOT supposed to have a large chin: visa versa. She just was too fat. Now the new chin stretches the skin, but looks subhuman. So she exchanged one problem for another.

SHe needed to lose weight to anorexic levels and then do a facelift, with cheekbone modification. Not this shit. Even if she needed a little chin, it could be done with miniscule filler amounts, not a fucking 1cm genio...

I modified the left pic: Bimax + rhino + paranasal augmentation + neck lift + lip lift + facelfit/midface lift to remove marionette lines. Also she really need a midface lift to reposition her malar fat pad into tear-trough. This will give her a great benefit. But idk how to modify this in gimp.
