To add. Beyond a certain looks level, like with maybe this dude also. it's probably practically not even manageable anymore, if he were going about it optimally.
Because, to much options. Options overload than. And just time consuming.

It’s only working for him In the sense that’s he’s matching and booking up with girls. His conversion rate probably isn’t what it could be but aside from that I’m very confident his experiences with the girls he is hooking up with leave a lot to be desired. He almost certainly isn’t fulfilling them to the extent he could, physiologically but also just purely sexually, ie they aren’t getting as turned on, he isn’t getting to do the freakier shit he could be doing and he certainly isn’t establishing a meaningful connection, say if he wanted to have aT least some kind of fulfilling relationship.
