dont know if youve done this but under the the plastic that holds the head there are two spaces where you can jam the tubes into so they dont slip outDo you not have the problem that the silicon tube loosens? When I was using it and not extending it too far, so that the extension force was minimal, I had no problem. But as soon as I wanted to really stretch my penis the silicon tube would slip out of the plastic. To fix it I am putting a needle into the tube, as shown on the picture.

Also .25" of girth adds like double the volume overall to your dink than 1" of length would respectively so in terms of volume gained instead of looking at unit value girth is much more substantial. But to answer, from what i've seen, usually .25" of girth takes about 1.5 years.
