mirror addiction is a disease

i check every reflection like it’s life or death. even when i already know the answer. genuine illness. how do you stop mirrormaxxing?

just remove every mirror possible i had this problem too luckily in my house I had very less mirrors so I just remove/ covered them

After few days i put them back on and I wasn't looking at myself in mirror like i used to before
