I tried an experiment.
Me and my friend one day went to the toilet with a big mirror,i looked at him in the mirror and it was the same as he was looking.
Mirror is legit buddy boyos.
I tried that few times with different people

Since cameras have different focal lenses, the ones in your phone especially are way too low thus exaggerating your features. If you want a realistic picture of yourself, let somebody with a professional camera take a picture of you.

Mmirror and reality is really no different and phone cameras will inevitably make a person look more worse.

A real reflection is having two mirrors 90 degrees parallel and seeing your true self, on the first minute you will see all flaws and imperfections that you never saw before and you will be freaked out. This is normal as your brain is shocked by how subhuman you are and you have to keep in mind that’s how you look like to people because after a while your brain will adjust to the flaws and wipe them out or make it seem less worse than it is as you will probably keep going back to check up.
