Mirror or back camera what is more accurate?

No coping tho, cuz somehow I go from a lmtn - mltn. In the mirror I feel like I look average/above average, and the swme goes for my school photo taken with a professional camera. But, my back camera makes me look prey eyed asf, boneless with a long midface, and I got an iPhone air.
