What’s wrong with his PFL, it seems about average? The only major flaw is probably facial asymmetry and a slight bulbous nose tip.

I think his pfl and ipd are fine. The issue is probably that his upper third is a little too wide, relative to the rest of his face, giving that illusion of wide set eyes.
