Mirror vs phone camera face

Hey so anyone smart enough to explain that when I look straight in the mirror I look good but when someone takes a photo or even worse, a video of me then my face rests weird and looks uncanny and really bad. Its like I cant rest my face properly so it looks really sub5 from a video perspective to me.

Yh im jst now checking a video that was taken of me and Im going crazy when I see my side profile. Never seen so bad one honestly so idk if its really just the camera
