These people are all wrong. The person you see in the mirror is the most accurate. The problem is, we are not used to seeing ourselves outside of a mirror. Your brain auto-corrects the flaws in the mirror because you see yourself so often. When you see yourself in pictures others take of you, you are seeing yourself, but in the opposite of a mirrored reflection.
Mirror is always more accurate. It is your brain that is doing the tricks. Photos will always be less accurate than the mirror.
